In November, ASEE hosted Live 3.0 Business Brunch in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia. The event brought together experts from various industries, including banks, insurance, and utility companies, to discuss how Live can enhance their customer communications strategy. The discussion focused on the most recent version of Live platform. Goran Petrevski from the Skopje team provided an introduction before Krešimir Šuljak gave a rundown of the Live platform's functionality, outlined how the entire solution had evolved, and highlighted the advantages of the 3.0 Live platform's newly announced "mLive" mobile app.
Tomislav Kvesić took the stage to introduce the Live Service Desk's features, advantages, and functionalities as the second session got underway. Service Desk enables engagement through multiple channels such as telephone, email, chat, web form, social platforms, and more. With Service Desk, you get more control and visibility while providing support or dealing with issues and ensuring excellent customer service with no downtime for your business.
